Much the same experience as many others. Took the order and the money but 2 weeks later nothing has shown up. Won't answer their phone or respond to repeated emails. Definitely a company to avoid.

Ordered part for my mountfield mower on line. After reading poor reviews phoned next day to ask estimated date of delivery, was told would be with me the following day. Delighted to say it was . Would have no hesitation in using this company again, can only imagine the reason for poor reviews was due to covid 19 .
Very bad experience with customer service. Problems with brand new lawn mower and they do not reply or offer to come and fix it. Avoid - not worth the hassle.
If you dont want to read then let the picture do the talking. Recently moved from having a city center balcony to a sizable garden and no knowledge of how to look after it. I inquired through a friend with World of Mowers after the care and dedication the team at World of Mowers gave him buying a Honda powered push mower, a hedge trimmer and also an edging tool. I had very little idea how to use each tool or how to maintain them going forward. The team at World of Mowers gave me reassurance through demonstrations and answering my queries post sale. I felt all the way through I was and still am in great hands. Below is a picture of my best effort thanks to the expert guidance from the team. For someone with a new garden to play with who knows nothing about how to maintain it - think they guided me very well. Great customer care and service - they will not do you wrong.
