I recently purchased a circle star paving kit from Worksop LABS, the customer service was really great from the start, the item was sent out quickly and even the delivery driver was really helpful. The product is really good quality, and was purchased at a good price too. We have just started to fit the slabs but unfortunately we accidently broke a part of the star, so I rang up and spoke to Adrian who was so helpful, we don't live locally to the company so the delivery would have cost a lot more than the item we broke, but Adrian said that he would be over in North Wales at the weekend so could meet us in a much more local place to drop it off, which was great for us. This went above and beyond our expectations and saved us a lot on delivery and collection. I don't think you could beat this customer service. They went out of their way on a Sunday to help us out so thank you so much for a brilliant service. There are not many companies that would go to such lengths to help. 5***** service.
