Be careful 2nd problem here No 1 service, didn’t tighten a nib all brake fluid leaked out of my Range Rover, red warning on my dash- DANGEROUS No 2 mot passed after work nothing to do with my handbrake, get in my car handbrake completely not working, wires hanging out Got told well it’s one of those things! and a bit mouthy with it, even asked for my mot certificate back, not a chance mate when I’ve paid for work you told me needed doing and a pass certificate after, I’ll get it re checked thanks I’m now thinking is my car actually road legal concerning when my family travel in this car Reporting to head office and VOSA

Had the wheel alignment done on my BMW. Left the Tanvic with the alignment feeling worse than when I entered and the steering wheel still off centre. I returned and was told that it was a fault of the recent front tyres. Not really believing that I went to another tyre shop 30 minutes after leaving Tanvic who redid the alignment and found the front toe to be out on the drivers side wheel (photo attached). I've not complained to Tanvic as I have no proof the toe was out when they did it as I wasn't provided with an alignment readout from them. Complete waste of time and 30.

I asked for a problem with my driver window. After checking, they said that was the motor and needed a new one. So expensive, approximate everything 500 pounds. I said no interested. they closed my cashing wrong and put electric tape... Time after, I asked in other garage, and the problem was not the motor, only a loosen cable and 100 to fix ... Terrible

Took my car to get the brake pads changed, got a call 1h later saying that i have a nut missing, it wasn’t missing when i got there... the car had another issue with some noise coming from one of the tires, large noise, they’re answer “we couldn’t hear almost anything, wait till it’s gone get more serious then we can have a look at it” I’ve been a customer for the past 2 years at least and this is the second time that they couldn’t identify an issue and nut’s going missing
