Really great service. My car broke down in Italy 3 weeks ago & the garage was unable to get the part. I had to return to UK. I I explained the situation to Sam who not only found the part but couriered it to me within 4 days. As a result I may now be able to get my car back to the UK. Really appreciate all the help. Thank you.

Really impressed with these guys, I sent them a message about a part I needed for my car and they replied the following morning saying they hadn’t got one but had gone to the trouble to find the part number for me to get one direct from VW. Excellent service, thank you

I recently dealt with a gentleman called Andy, in regards to a starter motor. On the phone initially he confirmed that the part I have would get would fit and is correct so I trusted him. My mechanic who sent me round in circles for 4 days was eventually at fault although at first made me believe that motors in Motion had sent me the wrong part. This just goes to show you, mechanics do not always know what they are talking about so don't always trust reviews that tell you they sent me the wrong part. Maybe double check with your mechanic to see if he even knows what he is talking about first. I will use MiM again in the future for all my spare parts. Cheap and cheerful, a slight delay in delivery time but that's okay, and they give warranty. Thanks Andy & Adam also for the help over the phone Masood
