This 5 star review is for Dan only. Having recently had my second eye test with Dan I can highly recommend him. He's so passionate about his job and explains everything so clearly and concisely. Like you're a team working together for good eye care. The new Covid navigation wasn't an issue for Dan either and everything was managed so well. If I could I'd do another review for the store. It wouldn't be a 5 star review. The team there don't have the bounce or energy Dan has and it conflicts with the good service Dan provides. I feel that staff there are rather bored. This means Boots run the risk of Dan leaving and that wouldn't be good. Boots, you really need to hold on to him, he's an asset. You also need to assess the team and inject some energy into the place. Ask them how they're doing? Check in on their welfare. Yes. Worksop isn't a big city shiny store but the store is an asset to our town. Thanks for reading.

Eye test okay and arrived on time.downhill from then.back 5 times and still not comfy.its a bit much when they keep saying pop back but i.m going from sore nose to sore ears.changed angle.altered arms etc.what have i paid 288.00 for?
I’ve ordered my safety glasses mid November 2018, after been waiting for two months and having no phone call to come and collect my order I’ve decided to go and ask why it takes so long, only to find out that they couldn’t be bothered to ring me up. Well that was the last time I’ve used boots opticians.
