Today 27/5/2020, I was visited by an Engineer to carry out a safety check on my boiler. I am 73 years old and I have a heart problem, no one had been in my house for nearly 3 months and I felt anxious. The engineer who I think was called John, turned up wearing a mask and gloves. He had a pleasant, reassuring and professional manner and I felt safe. Thank you very much.

Absolute useless they dont and wont do anything repair wise. I reported my kitchen sink tap as it was pissing with water and because it happened after 5pm i was put through to emergency repairs to be told either turn it off at the stop tap but i said i did not no were it was then to be told by the operator to put towels around the tap and call in the morning then having to wait another couple of days for someone to come out. Disgusting housing business should be ashamed of them selfs
