Absolutely shocking service. Unfortunately they are acting for our buyer and not ourselves otherwise they'd have been sacked before now. We should have moved a month ago but we're still waiting for a completion date. Amateurs!! And upon speaking to others, we're not the only ones to think so. Stay clear of this Mickey Mouse outfit!

I found Taylor rose to be completely unprofessional and unresponsive throughout the house buying process. I lost count of the amount of times I called for updates that never came. It took 6 months for what should of been a simple house purchase to finally complete (first time buyer buying our house and no forward chain on the house we purchased). Communication between our solicitor and the sellers solicitor was virtually non existant (as we were in touch with the seller. They even blamed us for the lack of progress saying that we hadn’t sent documents, when we have an email trail showing we had sent documents when asked. My second dealing with this solicitors was converting my residential property into a buy to let, what should of been a simple and quick thing to do. This took 6 months to complete! It finally completed one day before the offer was due to be withdrawn by the company offering the mortgage. Despite weekly calls trying to chase updates, and promises that I would be called back which never ever happened. The service quite frankly was an absolute joke and the solicitor that was dealing with the case could not be contacted.. she was always ‘too busy’ to talk when I called and never called back, didn’t reply to emails and refuses to speak to me when I turned up at the office in Workington.
I used Taylor Rose, for selling and buying my new home. They were excellent. I needed everything through within in 3 weeks and the pulled out all the stops. Can not fault. I would highly recommend.
Waited for call backs twice and....nothing so obviously dont want my business then..???
