Really impressed with the service I received on my visit, I was able to book an appointment online and was given full instructions on what the procedures would be upon entering the store. The whole thing took less than 1 hour and the advice given when choosing my glasses was great, the lady who helped me was called Tracy and she also explained the procedure for when I return to pick up my new glasses. I would highly recommend Specksavers Workington
Visited the Workington branch today for an emergency appointment, which was very easy to make, also which I am grateful for! The social distancing measures in the shop are easy to follow and effective. I spoke with members of staff who were extremely helpful and polite. One lady even helped me choose my glasses (thank you!) The test itself was quick and thorough. And the gentleman carrying out the test was polite and professional. Thank you very much for fitting me in at such short notice, and also for having my new glasses available in such a short time (15 mins!!) It's very much appreciated.
