Brilliant service from Carl and the team, my car went for a mot and needed a few things done to it, Carl rang me and told me what was needed but said he couldn't guarantee it back until the new year as he needed some certain parts. We got the call yesterday to say our car was ready and managed to get it bk to us before Christmas as my hubby is a key worker and would need a vehicle. Couldn't for the life of me remove the locking wheel nuts as they we're damaged when I bought the car, unbeknown to me. Went to gates and within 10 minute's they we're off and wasn't expensive. Definitely return. Thanks gates.......

My husband brought our car in, tyres were changed fine, all paid for. Got home, front tyres weren't torqued properly, missing a wheel nut and all bolts were loose, clearly hand tightened (and weren't even tight) today we could have lost a wheel and totalled our car. Hopefully whoever was dealing with our car gets told as they have put our life in danger.
