I called multiple times to drop off dog food from my dog that passed. Never a callback. I went to the location, an employee was walking inside, completely ignored me. I had to read a sign saying to leave donations in front of the garage door. As a responsible 503c they should send receipts for donations which is not possible with their current setup. I don’t care about the donation receipt, I just hope they treat their animals better than humans
