Nice hotel. Clean and modern. With all the mod cons. Due to covid restaurant was closed. But was servings hot cooked food which you could eat in your room. Not bad at all pizza and pri pri chicken car park next to the hotel, 24 hours 7.50 which you can now pay with card or coins.

We stayed here for one night mid-September. The location of the hotel is great - very central and right by the river where there are nice views of the cathedral and lovely riverside walks. We arrived Saturday afternoon and there was plenty of parking, and we used contactless to pay for our ticket. The hotel felt covid secure. Room was typical Premier Inn. It had air conditioning which worked very well but could be noisy when it cycled on and off. Shower head wasn't the removable type, and had decent water pressure. Breakfast was ordered at the table but you could go and get your own hot drinks. Great view of the cricket ground from the restaurant. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Worcester.

Standard issue Premier inn. Staff really good and helpful. Views over the cricket pitch are a bonus.

Awful customer service. Refused entry even with exemption for wearing a mask. This is against disability laws and the lady seemed to treat me like a dirty rat. I run a Facebook group with thirty thousand people on it and they have all been made aware of this horrible experience.
