A first class service. The guys were careful to put coverings down to protect surfaces, cleaned up carefully and left the place as they found it. They were polite and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to use them for other groundwork or tree work.

We chose to use James Grove Ltd because they were local to us and their prices competitive. We were not disappointed. Ryan and Callum arrived on Friday 5th February nice and early and worked continuously throughout the day. Both were very polite and their work excellent. We had a medium sized pear tree crowned and trimmed together with levelling of a long and overgrown conifer hedge, plus other bits. The transformation is amazing. When finished they cleared away the rubbish and left our back and front garden very tidy. We would definitely recommend them and use their services again in the future.

James carried out the survey and explained how the two trees I required cutting back would be done. On the day of the work being carried out, Ryan and his team arrived on time and worked methodically and tidy. By the time they had finished one wouldn't have known tree surgeons had been present. What was promised on the survey was delivered. I would have no hesitation in recommending James and his team.
