This was our first year having a goose from Goodman’s and it is the best one we’ve ever had. The accompanying goose fat was a nice treat and made our roast potatoes crispy and tasty. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be returning from now on.

Our Christmas goose this year came from Goodmans Geese in Worcestershire. Beautiful bird, wonderfully tender and feeding nine (and still some left over for Boxing Day). Arrived well packaged with herbs, extra fat and a really helpful instruction / recipe leaflet. Thank you Goodman family for a terrific product.

Bought a 3.5kg goose for Christmas and it was tough bird! Very disappointed and no better than a Tesco one I had years ago and wouldn't guess it was free range at all. The leaflet, fat and free sage were a nice touch, though. but an expensive lesson learned the hard way!
