For the passed two weeks I have bee trying to go there an dphone but it always seems to be closed with the lights off but on the website it's open.

After having a running with the rag collector who nearly ran over my grandmother, I spoke to the manager who was a bit patronising to say the least. HQ isn't much better really. The staff aren't very friendly either, which puts a downer on the company/charity.
