I used to love Ceeams and was a regular visitor. Bit after lockdown the lady they have working there is beyond rude. I made an order to takeaway and asked to an ingredient to be changed, replace it with something else. I was charged extra for this but didnt mind as my partner wouldn't have been able to eat it with the original ingredient. Left as they were closing, got home, not only does it have the only thing I asked for it not to have....its smothered in it! Contacted the facebook page, no worries go tomorrow for a replacement. I turn up the next day intending to buy more than just collect my replacement and the same woman from the night before serves me. When I ask for the replacement and show the messages she started shouting in my face! Then after a phone call, refused a refund or replacement. After I stood my ground she got angrier and angrier and started THROWING refund money at me!!! I've since contacted them again on facebook to complaint but they are ignoring me. Not going back again until I see shes gone.

What a lovely place. Super friendly and a very contemporary ice cream parlour. A great array of desserts and the portion sizes are not for the faint hearted (or anyone watching the calories)!. Coffee was also excellent. I would highly recommend this for a sweet treat or decadent coffee stop.
We’ve been to Creams several times and had adequate service so chose to order a takeout from them during the Coronavirus. It was a simple order of four items. When the order arrived my Raspberry Jam Sponge with hot custard closely resembled a Chocolate Cake with custard as cold as Dominic Cummings smile. We immediately headed straight to Creams and stood outside. The lady inside ignored us completely (I appreciate she was working and wouldn’t answer the door in the current circumstances) but she was aware of our presence and we were ringing constantly. This was ignored, as was the second call. So I was stuck with a chocolate cake I didn’t want and cold desserts in general. None of it seemed very fresh. My advice is go to Swirly Joe’s, it’s much better quality and much better service. Would you accept it if you went to an Aviary, bought an African Grey, only then to be handed a parakeet! I thought not! Piss poor.
Very friendly and helpful staff. We ordered Knickerbocker glory and Crep with strawberry and banana with chocolate sauce. All was delicious. Nice place for desserts
Had the peanut butter cookie dough. It was heavenly.
