I spent ONE HOUR waiting for someone to speak to, listening to incessant terrible Music, not even knowing where i was In the queue. At one hour exactly, you get options which for my particular query nothing fitted, so I waited, it played the same message a few times then said since you have not entered a number we are unable to help you with your query then hung up on me!!!!!! SHOCKING after ONE HOUR!!! REALLY Citizens Advice do not make people wait that long without some kind of feed back as regard to queue times, this is just not good.
