You should really be nicer to your customers, please avoid this place if you have children. I was mistreated and the couple next to me was treated poorly as well. I hope places like this go out of business after this pandemic. Shameful.

Prices went up a lot. We used to get chicken hibatchi and it was 15...now it’s 23!!! WHAT?! over salted, noodles tasted like plastic & veggies tasted frozen. Not now it used to be. This used to be our favorite place to go once a month...not coming back.
I very much loved the food and customer service, fantastic area right next to my house. The workers are always helpful. Will come back again.
I’m never ordering here again. They over charged me for my food. I ordered two spicy tuna rolls and a dragon roll. They charged me forty dollars for a pick up order.
Please do not order from Woow. I ordered a meal for 4 to be delivered by Uber Eats. It was over 115.00. When the food arrived (on time thanks to Uber) we discovered the California rolls were made with rancid avocado and the smoked salmon rolls tasted as if they were dipped in hand sanitizer. I contacted the restaurant and was told to contact Uber Eats. I explained to the employee at Woow that the complaint was related to the quality of the food and not the delivery of it. I was again informed that since I paid through Uber app that I must contact Uber to be reimbursed. I did. I received an email from Uber Eats informing me that there was nothing they could do as my complaint was related ro food quality. We will never order from Woow again.
