I'm a Londoner so I only come here on holiday's... And I would never go anywhere else! This place does the best fish and chips, and yes, their prices may be high but it's absolutely worth it because you can just taste how fresh the food is with every bite you take... The staff are family, and that is a nice bond to have with your colleagues. The staff always talk to my dad when we come here, and they have conversations as if they've been friends for ages. The banter is top notch, and so is the food. Great service and great food... I do have 2 concerns... Very small seats and very small lines. If it is busy, you have literally no room to move. I am a girl on the bigger side, so trying to fit into the seats is a bit embarrassing, but I make it work. It's just a lot of effort trying to get in and out of the seats but other than that, this place is perfect.

First time in a long time I ordered a bag of chips with salt and vinegar and didn't have to add extra! Very tasty!
This is a really excellent fish and chip shop. I have used this several times and never disappointed. The service is good and food freshly cooked. If you go to Leysdown you should definitely have fish and chips here
