If you're looking for brisket or smoked salmon this is the place to try! Their boil in a bag process really traps in that amazing flavor so you can enjoy when its hot and fresh. Definitely not some boring ol' brisket sitting under a heat lamp all morning! The secret sauce is very balanced very well. The sweetness and spice blend together and don't overpower each other. Will come back again!
