The best management is here I had the best experience living here for the last year, ideal location nearby conveniences and access to both I-35 and 71 ask for Elizabeth or Maria.
Mrs.Love is the Truth...when nobody would work with my rental history and I was running out of time she was the only place to help me. She got me moved in and has taken care of me. I badly wanted a 3 bedroom and so allowed me to do month to month until she had one become available. Today i am signing my new lease for a 3 bedroom!!! She has always gone above and beyond in order to make sure me and my kids was taken care. Not only is she a great property manager but I would also consider her a friend .
I have to say my experience at Woodway Square is very pleasant. I really appreciate the daily smile and patience that Mrs. Love expresses for her tenants and their daily needs/concerns as they come thru the office. She's truly a people pleaser. I can see that her tenants truly admire her presence.
I just moved out this property I loved it here. Maintenance was always on top of their things. Area was always clean, friendly neighbors and great are next to I35. Management was super friendly and always do their job. I lived in this property for 5 years if I could stay longer I would.
