Purchased a CPO vehicle here and drove it home to find out it had problems. Both rear hubs needed replaced as well as the shifter. It's currently being repaired at a different dealer. Obviously this is a very frustrating situation. I will say the sales process was good and I was very happy until discovering these issues. Management did offer to cover my extra expenses from fixing the vehicle and also agreed to redo the inspection once it's repaired. I would expect this from a professional organization but at least they offered without any fight. Out of frustration I want to leave one start but the sales process was good so I'm sticking with 3 and feel that's a generous compromise. I just want to get my car back!
