I called the dealership on three occasions and was put on hold for the first time for 37 min. and the second time 19 min. and for the third time it has been 9 min and counting. Is this the way customer service is done at Woodstock Harley Davidson??????? If so they need to change their ways , and NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pick up the Damn phone that phone means MONEY, so I guess they must all be millionaires.

I did not spend 1 cent here, so why the 5 star review? I was interested in a motorcycle and reached out. They got right back to me and presented a fair deal to trade in my motorcycle. At too many dealerships your request goes into the \black hole\. Great response from them. Unfortunately for me the one I was interested in sold fast.
