Quality Pine Straw

Hate to rate low, but after calling and setting up an order, I never received the pine straw. They called me on the day of delivery but never actually delivered the pine straw. I called the next day and the guy said he's not sure what happened but would call me back soon to rectify the situation. He never did. I had to call him back. Then I was told someone would call me to set up a delivery time. That never happened. I attempted to reach out two more times but no answer. I gave up and finally called another company who actually delivered the pine straw within a couple hours of placing the order. As I'm writing this it appears I'm not the only one who has experienced a no call / no show from this company.
