The simple fact that they are transparent about their pricing structure online is a HUGE win. Most \companies\ want to ballpark a number. Excellent customer service as well.
Went to buy some stone to use as cap on our wall. From the get-go, the sales person didn’t want to be there. Said his wife wanted him to be home. Place was very busy. He gave us a price per foot and then showed us another option. He left to help another customer and eventually got back to us. We told him what we wanted and he said he would have to check on the price again. At that point, he said they could not break up the pallet and that we had come to shop at a bad time. They clearly had sold pieces from other pallets and we were going to buy about half a pallet. Guess they prefer customers to come when they are closed? Horrible experience.

Brian was awesome! I only picked up a small bag of rocks and he didn’t charge me! Always great customer service when I go!
