The library is a great place to study and the staff especially Tim, Ted and Ryan will help you with any research questions that you may have. It’s great to have such a wonderful resource that is open to the community.

Idk about the facility but “Ted” is extremely rude and unprofessional. Discourteous and has no idea how to offer appropriate customer service. Please review tape of his phone interaction with me if you are an administrator at site. He is unspeakably hostile and rude.
