Woodpile BBQ Shack

Nothing was wrong as far as safety or health concerns, although taste was the biggest problem. We had two pulled chicken sandwiches, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese and cornbread. The chicken was extremely dry and had little flavor, the bbq sauce lessened the dryness. The Mac was dry as well, no cheese sauce or seasoning. Overall definitely not worth the 35 for two people.

Great BBQ with an awesome outside picnic area to safely distance! My fiance and I got the pit master platter and it was more than enough for the two of us! The Mac and cheese was delicious!!

Constantly get my food orders wrong. Over the last few months they keep downsizing their food portions and charge the same price. Great when it opened but wont bother going again.

First time customer. Place was empty. Placed an online order. 20 minutes later, I arrived to pick up my order at the time they said it would be ready. Standing outside in the cold, lady opens the window and tell me they were just about to call me to tell me half of my order wasn't available. They didn't have it. Okay it happens..gave them another choice. Slammed the window without saying sorry or it'll be a minute.....nothing. I stand there freezing for another 5 minutes. They open the window again, to verify I still want my side of Cole slaw....uhh yeah.....slam the window again in the middle of me asking how much longer. They talk to me through the window, but I can't hear them. Another minute goes by in which they now tell me, \oh you can wait inside!\ What!?? I had that option? Finally get the order and the young gentleman apologizes for the inconsistency...at least he was kind. The Bacon appetizer was cold and had no taste, unless you like pepper. Nothing candied about it. It was cold to the point the bacon grease was hardened on the meat. The rest of the food was decent with great flavor. Good BBQ sauce. I likely won't return for the sake of poor customer service. Definitely needs some adjustment!

Great food but the brisket needs to be not so fatty and also had a lot of and cuts in mine unable to eat that kind of stuff other than that everything perfect
