This place gets good reviews for purchases and remodeling. I picked up 2 coats yesterday that were dropped off in July. After checking I noticed they hadn't been cleaned. I informed the gentleman and I was told my coats were for storage ONLY. I produced my receipt which stated "Executive Package: Storage Cleaning and Glazing" Be careful when picking up Cleaning. Check item(s) closely and have your receipt. I was charged for storage only lol
