I had a great experience at this hospital. I started at the ER and had Roseanne as my nurse in the ER. Dr. Elliott is thorough and nice to deal with. I was admitted to the hospital and had Jeff and Hannah as my nurses on the floor. I ended up having a surgery by Dr. Clay and he was great too. Everyone in the surgery department was great. I had an overall wonderful experience at this hospital.

Great Dr, PAs, nurses and staff upstairs in the family practice area. Great staff downstairs for checking in and administration. Always had great service in the lab. The phlebotomy clinic and CT area have been a very negative experience (one time each). I would be willing to try CT again but phlebotomy was bad enough to never go back. Have found the main central COS phlebotomy facility so much better than Woodland Park.

The people and doctors are wonderful but approximately 7 our of 10 times I went up to get blood work or X-Rays done the hospital had lost or never received my orders and I always checked with my primary first prove that it was sent. Also they do no pick up orders from the fax regularly as orders have sat for much of a day and not logged into the system. This was a terrible problem before UCHealth tock over and apparently is still not corrected. This forces me to always pick up a paper copy from the doctor and sometimes I have to drive over 20 miles to pick one up for the hospital one mile from my home. I have vertigo and this is dangerous for me. I love your hospital and would like to use it more. Because of this I try not to have work done up here if I don't have to. I cannot call first to check if an order has been found as I am hard of hearing and cannot use the phone.

Went to ER was taken to a room immediately. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful, the nurses the doctors, the gentleman that checked us in and also the security guard. Best experience we have had in an ER.

The procedure was very simply . The Tech was very accomidatingr and made me very comfortable. The only problem now is getting the results of the MRI.
