I went to the Woodgate Eye Centre with a fairly specific and esoteric set of requirements (complex VDU work). They listened carefully, discussed it through with me and came up with an imaginative solution. They were polite, attentive, imaginative and intelligent. They did what they said they would and provided excellent customer service. Moreover I witnessed the way that they dealt calmly, kindly and effectively with such a wide and diverse customer base. Keith and Angie, keep up the good work - you're doing a great job! Use these guys, we risk losing independents like this, professionals who take time to understand their customers and sit at the heart of a such a richly diverse community. Thank you.
