Wooden Supplies

Amazing customer service and quality products, I had been let down by another supplier after waiting 7 weeks, I was at the end of my tether. I contacted these guys and they were able to help me immediately and I am extremely grateful. Highly recommended A

BEWARE. They are liars. Customer Service is non-existent. Placed an order 11 weeks ago, been messed around with delivery ever since. Finally after the third promised delivery date, I waited in all day yesterday. Once again they never showed. I phoned the store and was given some bull about deliveries taking longer than usual. The lady promised to make mine the first delivery at 8am on Saturday morning. once again a no show, so I phoned the store where I was told yet more lies and abused on the phone by their customer service. They finally agreed to load the truck and deliver to me. when they arrived, they were asked if they could put the fence in the garage as our workmen were not at the house today. They refused and stacked the items against the garage wall !!! Shocking service, I will not be using these again. I have many builder friends who use Wooden Supplies, I will make sure in future they go elsewhere. With service like this I doubt your business will survive much longer at a time when you should providing a first class service to your customers.

Really good service, part of my order was out of stock, but they let me know and delivered the order when it came in. The lady on the phone was also really helpful.

After looking around for a company that sells quality gates, I found Wooden Supplies. I was trying to sort out a gate for my parents as they felt their property needed a better level of security. They weren't really sure what style of gate they initially wanted, a staff member called Leo spoke to them on the phone and gave them some really good ideas and designs. I know my parents aren't the easiest of customers, they constantly ask questions and worry, but he always responded to their questions and put them at ease! The gate turned out to look incredible and my parents are really happy with them. Thanks for taking the time to help them out Leo, they are really happy and we will be recommending our friends to use Wooden Supplies in the future!
