I've been bringing my daughters here since they were born without incident. They are now 12 and 16 and we've almost always worked with Dr. Cutler. We started off at the Manchester Lakes office and have transitioned over to the Lake Ridge office when we moved. The transition was smooth and we've always been treated warmly by anyone we've come in contact with over the years. To be fair, my girls are rarely sick so we're typically only there for our well baby and sports physicals, annually. My oldest was exposed to Covid so we needed to have her tested last week. They squeezed us in same day for a rapid test from our car, for both my daughters and us parents. This saved us so much anxiety, thankfully having a negative result in 15 mins. I'm so sad to see so many troubling reviews here when our long term experience having been so different. We would highly recommend The Pediatric Group.

The front office that made appointment lie to me that the sport physical for my son is covered by my insurance and I don’t have to pay anything. I asked her couple times to double check with my insurance cause I don’t want to pay more than Urgent Care 25. With my insurance, I never pay anything for 13 years that we have been there with my 3 kids. After the sport physical visited, we got the bill in the mail for 130!!! My husband called them up and they said it’s not covered! Someone is not doing their job! I’m so disappointed that I have been there for 13 years and they want me to pay 130 for their people mistake! They told my husband that they can reduce the price to 59! I want 59 refund back that my husband paid! Totally disappointed and felt I have been lied to.

My family and I find TPG to be extremely knowledgeable and comforting in times of uncertainty. Every time my little ones get a sniffle or cough I start to think the worst, but TPG always brings me back. Thank you!

Do not see Jennifer Schmidt! Incompetent! She probably thinks patients don’t hear her or see her complaining and being on her phone while she has rooms filled. The 1 star is too much for her! Beware of this provider! She might be laughing in front of you but behind you she will talk bad stuff about you. Example: why are they here today? What are they coming for? She asks in a condescending tone. And once she gets in the room all smiles giggling! FAKE!
