I got totally shafted by TNS!!!! Mower looked at 5 times for same problem within warranty and each time I was charged for the repair even though they admitted there was a design fault. Mower initially cost nearly a thousand pound but hundreds spent to try and keep it working. In the end I gave it back to them and told them to keep it. Awful place....avoid at all cost, plenty of decent dealers out there!!!

Good service and friendly staff. They were very good in checking with me as to what parts I wanted replacing and the bill was exactly in line with their estimate.
