I got totally shafted by TNS!!!! Mower looked at 5 times for same problem within warranty and each time I was charged for the repair even though they admitted there was a design fault. Mower initially cost nearly a thousand pound but hundreds spent to try and keep it working. In the end I gave it back to them and told them to keep it. Awful place....avoid at all cost, plenty of decent dealers out there!!!
