Lovely local cookware store with an excellent selection of kitchen gadgets and essentials. Really impressed with the range of products available. Very friendly and great customer service. Also, the shop window displays are always amazing! I've been coming here to stock my kitchen since moving to Woodbridge a few years ago but I've been particularly impressed with their outstanding customer service during lockdown. I ordered a bunch of baking supplies for collection and was so pleased with how quickly the items were ready. The note and little present included were such a thoughtful touch and brightened my day. Thank you!

I don't normally write reviews but knew I had to for this store. Ordered some measuring spoons and cups as a gift. The recipient said they were of a lovely quality and are super excited to use them! They came with a handwritten note and free cookie cutter. Quick delivery, quality product, and great prices. Over the moon I chose to shop local.
Absolutely love the Woodbridge kitchen shop! The service is so friendly. I can always find exactly what I'm looking for and it's always brilliant quality. My bread proving basket and dinnerware set is beautiful and can always rely on them to have what I need. I'd never hesitate to order online but can't wait to go back into the shop
I love visiting the Woodbridge Kitchen Company in normal times. When I lost my vegetable knife I was pleased to see that they were online and I could order another one. Picking it up was simple as I live nearby so thank you for your speedy and efficient service - I definitely recommend your shop!
So glad I came across this company on a google search for a proving basket. Fabulous customer service. I ticked the wrong box for pick up at store so phoned next day to change this to postal delivery. They were so helpful on the phone and took my card details to pay the postage. It arrived a couple of days later with lovely packaging and in addition a free love heart cookie cutter. So sweet. A note walking with this saying thank you for my business. What a really nice touch. This is perfect customer service and the reason for ordering from these small businesses. Well done! I’ll definitely recommend your shop.
