Thank you to Dr. Ali and the entire staff. Dr. Ali is very patient and thorough with her patients. I am grateful to them for being able to trace the source of my mother's kidney stones and transferring her to UVA to get care. My mother is free of kidney stones and healthy.
Staff is friendly. Doctors are polite and take time to answer questions in regards to my needs.
Today was my first visit there and the hispanic lady upfront was extremely rude! She had a terrible tone and decided it was okay to yell at me. She works in a clinic, where people go, not because they want to, but because they have to, not everyone is fortunate enough to be able to afford medical bills and in such an environment a worker shouldn't be so rude because along with physical health problems, people may have emotional issues. I cannot believe she works there as if she owns the clinic and nothing has been done yet. Terrible experience, would never go again if I had any other choice right now.
Brenda is very very rude. Brenda was telling this old couple if they didn’t speak English they have to leave and come back with a translator.i told my grandma i was going to be right back and i told Brenda I could help them translate so they don’t have to come back. She made a big deal about me helping them and helping my grandma keep in mind she speak Spanish when she was talking to my grandma she didn’t want to speak to her in Spanish keep in mind she is Hispanic and also speaks Spanish. She gave me attitude the whole time I was talking to her. Clinic are for people with needs to get help. If you are not willing to help others you shouldn’t work there.
