The staff are always so helpful here. Served by a young lad today who was so helpful and polite. He helped to carry some large bales out to the car for me, and let me know about the services they offer (being able to phone and pay in advance, then collect the products, like a click and collect type thing). I may well do this during this next lockdown. Thank you!

Really friendly and helpful staff, offer my dog treats after asking my permission first and very welcoming. Dog foods have samples in jars for your dog to try and each food is rated according to various criteria (although I am sure they aren't entirely objective) Overall though my favourite pet shop and I highly recommend it.
