I've been seeing Dr Orea for a year now and he is very knowledgeable, and compassionate. He takes the time to educate you on your condition, possible treatments, and where you will start. So you never feel alone, frightened, or confused. The staff are kind and courteous, always answering any questions with great care. They are are professional as well, following rules and guidelines. It may make them look unkind, but it's not personal. On a personal level they will try to do everything they can for you. Making appointments, moving appointments, requesting personal records. Everything is made easy due to their hard work. Of course Dr. Orea as well. There were times when I felt so helpless. A year later and I finally have some hope again. He's a must see in my opinion.

I have not been seen yet, but I needed to make a comment due to the experience of one review from a week ago. The person complained of not being able to get an appointment. I just wanted to say that I have not had any issues making an appointment, and rescheduling due to a family emergency. The ladies that answered the phone were all very kind and seemed to genuinely care. Keep in mind that I haven’t even been seen yet(my appointment is tomorrow) and already the office staff has shown that they are caring and very understanding, so I can only imagine how compassionate they will be face to face. People need to understand that it is not always a guarantee that any doctors office will be able to accommodate their personal schedule. It just isn’t possible. However that should show the patient that obviously the doctor and staff are pretty good considering they have limited availability due to the demand from current/potential patients. And I have to say that as adults we should all understand that giving a bad review just because you’re having a bad day is not right. Why take your frustrations out on a business that did nothing wrong? Your negative review could have potentially influenced numerous potential patients to look elsewhere, all because you had a bad day and they could not accommodate your request to be seen immediately. All I know is I have an appointment tomorrow at 10:45am and I am excited to come face to face with the people that have been so kind and understanding to me these past few weeks.
I Was having a hard time making appointment and was frustrated because they couldn't get me until days later and I really needed to be seen that day they didn't save any appointments for emergency so i was upset so I made a bad review... So they called me at the day of my appointment to let me know the doctor is not gonna see me because of my bad review I did apologize and let them know I was just having a really badd day with all those going on And the lady on the phone let me know the doctor is not going to change his mind I apologized again and stated I really need this appointment that I would change my review by sister just had a blood clot in her brain last year and I was very scared and I needed to see somebody she told me the doctor was not gonna change his mind that hes with other patients right now

Does not understand the needs of, or work with those of us that aren't rich & can't afford to pay for services in advance. You are billed on the spot & not seen if you don't have money to pay upfront. Won't even release medical records without payment. Truly sad when Dr's care more about than they do their patients Health.
