I had some issues with my reference number and she was the biggest help making sure I had everything I needed to proceed while even staying a little late to help me. I went in to get some testing done and was out in under 30 minutes. The tech (Caroll) was incredibly nice and efficient. I have been to many other testing companies and they all made you wait quite some time with little to no customer service skills.
