I would give 0 star if I could. The worst customer experience ever. I called to reserve a Ghilbli for my business. I told the salesperson that I am interested the current promotion to fit in my business expense for leasing. He seems to think that a snobbish , elitist attitude is needed for the job. He constantly displayed arrogance by saying ' With your lease allowance of business, you want to lease a 130K for that amount?' He even laughed at me. His name is Jonathan. I feel sorry for the dealership for hiring a person like that. When people say they need a Ghilbli for business use only, you should picturelize what they have in their garage already. Will never go back to this dealership.

I owned my Maserati Granturismo Sport for about 6 Months and being a very particular person, Daniel Mariani at service really treated my car with care. Service was always available to get back to emails and phone calls for all the little questions I had and he has always shown great patience. When stepping into the dealership’s service side I was in a different world it was easy and organized and they were on time. Ferrari / Maserati has a very special atmosphere for guests, Espresso’s while you wait, shop at the clothing and Memorbilia boutique while getting your car washed, etc. They have large windows so you can see what’s going on and don’t be surprised if you see a few LaFerrari’s, Enzo’s and challenge cars being serviced and maintained here regularly.
To say this was the best experience I have had at any dealership is an understatement. Maurizio Gatto and the rest of the staff that I encountered certainly surpassed what I was expecting. Never would I think that I would have had the experience I did. But I did, and this truly made me a loyal Maserati driver for life
