Driver they hired didn't know how to strap a machine to his truck and caused sever damage to my machine. Their insurance company also screwed me in getting the damage covered. Who puts a chain over a sheet metal guard and expects it not to bend?

A team of crooks would be a better description. We got ripped off by them delivering a load and getting stuck with their cargo for 4 days. And they “removed themselves from this situation” letting us sit at Rue21 (their customer) for days - they don’t care for you, your drivers, anything - and threaten not to pay anything at all only because we brave enough to ask for our own equipment to be released back to us.
