Would give no stars if I could. Brought a vivaro for 5k kept getting intermittent power loss and a flashing engine light after a couple weeks, took to a garage couldn't do anything till the engine light stayed on for a code to be logged. I informed DCM they passed me on to the warranty company, which couldnt do anything till a garage could diagnose the problem. It took 3 months for the fault to stay on and complete loss of power and stuck in limp mode was diagnosed with two seized injectors. Warranty had ran out, I phoned DCM again wasnt their problem. Trading standards quotes all used vehicles must be fit for purpose for 6 months of the sale of the vehicle etc, contact DCM quoted all trading standards, sent letters etc he couldnt care less. Contacted the bank and they forced a section 75 for repairs of 700 not what you expect after owning a van for a week, loads of stress missing work, making phone calls, sending paper work etc! Great customer service! And Van's to suite!!

!!AVOID THIS SELLER!! We paid 4800 for a VW CADDY, from DCM Van Sales. 23 day's later the clutch and clutch master cylinder failed. We had the Ultimate warranty cover, so we got it repaired at our local garage. The total repair bill was 928.85. Disappointed that the warranty would only contribute 273.83 towards it. DCM VAN SALES didnt want to know. We're 655.02 out of pocket. The van was only driven for 10 days out of the 23. !!BE WARNED!!

Don't touch this company with a barge pole,full of we will do our best for you,take this warranty out,RUBBISH. 28 days into having it ,needed new clutch,promice of helping, then NO, you will have to pay 600 less than a month after purchase. Small claims now going ahead !!!
