I've been using 4Fast Plumbers for a number of years now. They are always professional and do very good work - even adding little touches that make the finished job just a little bit above and beyond. Had my hot water heater \blow up\ Sunday morning and create havoc in the household. Called up these guys, Mike in particular, and they were awesome. Easy conversation on the phone about what was going on, and was upfront with pricing/schedule. He fit me in as soon as possible, worked quickly and efficiently, provided excellent recommendations and everything works great. Mike himself was excellent. Very personable and honest, and does some quality work. Will definitely be calling again for my plumbing needs. Thanks Mike!
I hired Mike from 4Fast Plumbing to fix a leaky toilet in my home. Cost was 550 and included a 90 day warranty. The toilet was still leaking after he \fixed it\, so we scheduled a time for him to come back. On the day of the appointment, he didn't show up or call to reschedule. He was a no-call/no-show three consecutive times before I finally hired someone else to complete the work. Mike finally reached out to me via text, but I requested a refund since the work had already been done. He didn't respond to that request and it took another two months (and many attempts) to reach him by phone. At that point, he agreed to a refund, but never sent it. My calls to him since then have gone unanswered and he's made no attempt to reach out and resolve this issue. Don’t waste your time or money on this company unless you want to be the victim of unethical business practices and shoddy work which will end up costing you more in the long run.
Rock solid company. Professional, honest and they arrived on time. Diagnosed the issue at my home promptly and provided an estimate that was less than two other companies and the work was done with quality. I highly recommend Woodbridge plumber!
