The best vets in the area by a long shot. We travel 40 mile round trip to use Woods. Been our vet for 16 years.

Useless admin staff, apparently it's inconvenient to them if my dog who has just had an operation is in pain on a Sunday shame on them for allowing animals to suffer because they decide to service \13 other vets\ when they don't have the capacity to care for their own. My dog will \Just have to wait\ no I think not time to switch to a more compassionate and better run vets!

Total waste of time trying to get an emergency appointment. Each operator whilst pleasant was extremely unhelpful and full of empty promises. Three phone calls, holding on the line for long periods for zero result.
