I can’t say how much I’d highly recommend W&P. Not only did they get a good price for our property sale, they really stepped up to ensure the whole process went smoothly. I have to give a special mention to Lynn Gosling, who resolved every crisis quickly, efficiently and always went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible.
I used Wood & Pilcher to sell my house in Tunbridge Wells and from start to finish they have been truly exceptional with viewings always completed at the exact time and no drop outs or changes ever. I spoke to Sally at first who was helpful. When I tried to change the time of the viewing, Dan said I wasn’t able to, which was absolutely fine but he kept going on saying how busy they are, there are only a few estate agents and they can’t work around my schedule.. AFTER I said it was fine. Once I viewed the property, Mark sent me a follow-up e-mail for my feedback. I missed his call so I called back but no answer. I emailed him my feedback and that I attempted to call him back and he replied “we are BUSY!!!!!” I’m very disappointed as there is a lack of professionalism and they don’t care about the buyers. Don’t expect a friendly service.
Polite but hugely disappointed to be completely refused any viewings of properties on the Local market until I had sold (under offer) my current property. Clearly this upsets traditional timelines and adds huge pressure to a buyer but there we go - no choice but to accept their restrictions which feel out of balance. Blamed covid but this felt very disingenuous.
