Really lovey tasting dishes. We had their lamb chops, spare ribs, rice and fries. All were really nice. The staff provided a good and friendly service too.
I must say that i am giving 2 starts despite the food being fabulous because the restaurant is NOT COVID SAFE! The waiters and waitress did not wear any mask or gloves nor did the manager. The only thing kept in the name of safety measure was a sanitizer at the door. I have been to one restaurant before and they were wearing gloves masks and even face shields so i was very unhappy and not feeling safe enough to dine in.
Great food, I can’t fault the food. The Octopus was a little tough and dry and would be great if they could chop them to cook but otherwise I have been a few times and everything I have had has been superb. You can taste the fresh Mediterranean flavours especially in the seafood. The vibe is lovely, warm and cosy and very spacious compared to the annex restaurant down the road. The staff were ok but not particularly friendly, their customer services were a little rigid. They were polite but I have seen more friendly staff elsewhere especially at their annex. Value for money is perfect and portions are huge. Be sure to leave with a full belly. Will certainly go back.
Be careful, the menu prices for the mains differ on the website , i opted for a swordfish steak shown at 14.90 at the restaurant 17.90! The food is good and the garlic mushrooms and falafel for starters, both lovely. Downside, they are not on the 'eat out, 'help out' gov scheme.
