Excellent service
Had my details and measurements. Quickly sorted and was on my way.. No long waiting around. Thank you, gentlemen.
I'm not a builder but as soon as I arrived someone came out and took me around to find what I needed. He didn't oversell and advised me of the best option and actually saved me money. You can see that it's a 40 year old family firm.
Went to the site to get some wood to make some simple shelves. Fair enough we didn't know what we really needed, other than knowing the measurements of the space we wanted the wood for, but the overall experience was so unhelpful. We asked basic questions in an attempt to get advice but he kept just saying email with your measurements for us to cut to size and collect another day. When we asked for advice on the measurements we might need, because we don't know what sizes things come in, he was again very unhelpful. All round a disappointing trip. Unless you know precisely what you are after (which I feel some people may not) you are likely to be shooed away. Will not be doing business with them!
