I recently adopted an older cat from Wood Green at Heydon, and couldn't be more impressed. They were exceptionally knowledgeable, had a full medical history for my Henry, they'd got him up to date on all required treatments and were even able to tell me about his little quirks. They honestly seem to love every fur baby that comes through their doors. I'm extremely happy I chose to get my cat from them. He's the love of my life ️
A great animal facility. I used to visit as a child then the cats and dogs all roamed free in large enclosures and you could go in and play with them. Still often pop among there to see the cats and small animals now. Also used their guinea pig health check service which is great, reasonably priced and really thorough. Thank you!
The staff were amazing here! The animals were well looked after and had really lovely areas. The staff seemed to know each animal as an individual and it was good to see different animals receiving 1-1 attention. We were really happy with the support and information we received when we adopted our kitten 10 days ago. It's really helped us in helping her settle in to her new home! I would recommend Wood Green every time.
I have been adopting from Wood green for forty years. My mother took me to find a dog. Co-Co became my best friend for seven years. Now cats only and still adopting, with my partner for 26 years. We are down to one beautiful all black cat called Zu-Zu ( long story ) who is seven and needles to say. My best friend. A wonderful, Wonderful place to adopt to your forever home. We will be visiting to adopt two more....three if I had my way. Please visit this amazing place and find your best friend and give them a forever home.
