Spent 3k on a sofa that arrived broken. We called immediately once we unpacked it and were told to post a letter (no other way) to their repair department. Then they wanted 50eur for them to even show up in Turnhout. I just fixed it myself and then saw that it’s all chipboard and staples inside. Thing keeps breaking over the last 3 years and I keep fixing it, but it won’t be long until it’s done.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. lying and deceiving customers with the delivery of a paid advance product and additionally they are making money recovery problems . It was last time that I visit this store. They should have some control from the appropriate authorities.

OK to get cheap furniture for like a student or a first apartment. But wouldn't recommend buying the middle or High price models...

good quality but sadly a very bad attitude towards clients! my friend signed an instalment contract with them & after they took the first payment they refused to deliver because his residency type was not permanent, although they knew this from the beginning.
