They provided such a personal caring service, informing us of each step of the journey to the day of funeral. Due to the current pandemic, it is difficult to know what you are allowed to do and not. Best in the business. This being the first funeral I had ever had to arrange, I had no clue what needed to be done and where to even start. From the moment i got in contact with Sincerity, Sarah's professionalism and knowledge made me feel at ease. Nothing was ever to much trouble, like many I had numerous questions and needed help and guidance along the way. Sarah was very understanding and reassured us throughout and offered advice when needed along with compassion and respect. The whole team where keen to make sure the day went as we hoped.
