Simply the best! Had roofing issues for a while but never got around to doing something about it. Sean arrived to quote at the time agreed and explained what was required with no pressure. Quote was very reasonable and we agreed to proceed with works. He kept us well informed at all times and completed the jobs professionally and promptly with absolutely no issues. Rang on the Monday, said would come out on the friday, had to ring to inform him had a death in the family and would ring back. Rang on the Tuesday said he would ring on the Wednesday morning and let me know what time would come out. NO call, I rang him at 4.45 to say when you coming, his reply finishing a job, I said it would be dark by the time he got to me, do you want to re arrange he said , Dont think he wanted work. Like so many who I have rang, they dont turn up only want the big jobs, why dont people be honest if they dont want job. Check a Trade need to investigate who they are putting in there leaflet the push through your door. This is the third company I have rang. If anyone can recommend a company feel free to do so.
Sean contacted us to confirm his appointment for 13/10 at 09:00, failed to show and when contacted the same day said he would call back, 3 phone calls later to him on the same day - last one being 16:00 later said he would call us back, no phone call, no visit! Called as a new customer on Monday 16/10 and was told I was a priority customer and that he will rearrange. still waiting for a call back - would not recommend - would prefer a tradesman that would give honesty as to whether he wants the job or not.
