Sevacare aka Mayfair Care is an Uncaring and Unhelpful company. But the actual carers are wonderful, I've had at least seven so far. Find those good carers at a better agency if you can. They change your carer with little warning and no reason given. I'm not paying sevacare / Mayfair so that I can train their staff FFS!
